Síndrome de Noonan y riesgo de hipertermia maligna: anestesia total intravenosa para cirugía pediátrica ambulatoria

RESUMEN
El síndrome de Noonan es una entidad clínica que puede confundirse o estar relacionada con otros síndromes asociados con el desarrollo de hipertermia maligna. Con el fin de evitar la aparición de una crisis de hipertermia maligna, la técnica anestésica debe ser libre de agentes desencadenantes y contar con la monitorización adecuada. En este reporte se presenta el caso de un paciente escolar con síndrome de Noonan y el manejo anestésico para la cirugía de reparación de criptorquidia.
