Transposición completa de las grandes arterias

RESUMEN
La transposición de las grandes arterias es una cardiopatía congénita grave y común en el periodo de recién nacidos; dejados a su historia natural, muy pocos sobreviven el primer año de vida. En esta revisión, se analiza la epidemiología, cuadro clínico, abordaje diagnóstico, tratamiento médico y quirúrgico, y el pronóstico.
