La alianza terapéutica y el apego al tratamiento: metodología técnica en adicciones

RESUMEN
La alianza terapéutica, base del concepto de
apego
al tratamiento de cualquier actividad curativorehabilitatoria,
enfrenta en adicciones diversos impedimentos
que influyen al personal de salud, encargado
de favorecer el éxito terapéutico de pacientes con
patología adictiva y su comorbilidad. Se presenta una
revisión sucinta de los elementos psicodinámicos que
patentizan la importancia de los factores técnicometodológicos
recomendados en la literatura, para
enfrentar el abordaje satisfactorio de los mecanismos
que restringen la práctica terapéutica con estos pacientes
y sus familiares. Todos ellos, por sus características
psicopatológicas se comportan de modo
especial y requieren de abordajes mixtos más
completos, bajo esquemas de manejo, evaluación
y supervisión constante que favorezcan una mejor
evolución a largo plazo. Limitados por su compleja
condición de salud, los afectados y sus terapeutas
habrán de consolidar las modificaciones que los habiliten
a comprometerse y participar eficazmente. Los
estilos de apego afectan la dinámica terapeuta-paciente,
por lo que es tarea del profesional fomentar
el desarrollo de una mejor participación y vigorizar
el deseo de superación, dando ejemplo a la
par, a quienes inician a formarse en asuntos terapéuticos.
Este aprendizaje basado en la autovigilancia
perpromueve
la superación y facilita los complejos procesos
del manejo.
