Inestabilidad lateral crónica de tobillo con tratamiento mínimo invasivo con peroneo lateral corto

RESUMEN

El presente estudio evaluó los resultados obtenidos con una técnica quirúrgica mínima invasiva desarrollada por los autores para el tratamiento de la inestabilidad lateral crónica del tobillo. Es un estudio observacional, prospectivo, longitudinal, abierto y de seguimiento en donde se incluyeron pacientes con diagnóstico de inestabilidad lateral crónica de tobillo en el Hospital de Traumatología y Ortopedia «Lomas Verdes» del IMSS, durante el período comprendido entre los años 2009 a 2010.
