Embarazo ectópico cervical. Reporte de un caso clínico y revisión bibliográfica

RESUMEN
El embarazo ectópico cervical es extremadamente raro, aproximadamente menos de 1% de todos los embarazos ectópicos. Su
etiología no es clara aún; sin embargo, existen reportes de asociaciones con anormalidades cromosómicas, así como antecedente
de procedimientos que dañan el tejido endometrial, como la incisión de cesárea, procedimientos intrauterinos y la fertilización
in vitro. Se describe el caso de una mujer de 34 años de edad con sangrado transvaginal y embarazo de 8.6 semanas con
implantación anómala dentro del conducto endocervical y vitalidad embrionaria. Se dio manejo conservador sin adecuada
respuesta.
