FRAGMENTO
En general, las metas propuestas y aceptadas en neuroanestesia están fundamentadas en tres aspectos:
• Mantener o en su caso mejorar la dinámica intracraneal.
• Proporcionar condiciones óptimas operatorias.
• Favorecer el despertar temprano para evaluación neurológica.
