RESUMEN

Se comunica el caso de un paciente con un tumor de ocho meses de evolución, no doloroso, eritematoso, con edema considerable y sin aumento de la temperatura, en la mitad izquierda del rostro. Se realizó biopsia, la cual indicó angiosarcoma epitelioide de alto grado. Los angiosarcomas de la cara son tumores extremadamente raros.
