Propiedades métricas de instrumentos de disfunción no motora en enfermedad de Parkinson en población mexicana

RESUMEN
Objetivo. Determinar las propiedades métricas de los instrumentos
clinimétricos cuestionario de síntomas no motores
(NMSQuest), escala de síntomas no motores (NMSS) y SCOPA-
AUT para la evaluación de síntomas no motores en la enfermedad
de Parkinson en población mexicana.
Material y
métodos: Previa validación lingüística se aplicaron los instrumentos
a 100 pacientes consecutivos con enfermedad de
Parkinson que acuden al Instituto Nacional de Neurología y
Neurocirugía. Se analizó la información para validación de
los instrumentos incluyendo consistencia interna, variabilidad
inter-observador y correlaciones intra-clase.
Resultados.
La consistencia interna mediante alfa de Cronbach fue
superior a 0.80 en todos los casos; las correlaciones inter-ítem
e ítem-dominio en su mayoría fueron mayores de 0.30. La variabilidad
inter-observador fue aceptable. El puntaje de los
instrumentos no correlaciono de forma significativa con otras
variables clínicas.
Discusión. Las propiedades métricas de
los instrumentos estudiados son aceptables siendo similares a
las publicadas en otros países.
