FRAGMENTO
Mujer de 64 años de edad, diestra, con historia familiar
de hipertensión arterial sistémica (HAS) y diabetes
mellitus. Portadora de HAS de 10 años de
evolución tratada con enalapril 10 mg/día y felodipino
5 mg/día. Se conoce diabética de 10 años de evolución
con control regular a base de glibenclamida y metformina.
Inicia su padecimiento dos días antes de su admisión
al hospital por haber presentado en forma
súbita pérdida del estado de alerta y caída desde su
propia altura.
