Resumen de la historia clínica (A-09-54)

Se trata de una niña de 7 años con neutropenia crónica que ingresó por rinorrea, fiebre y una lesión dérmica en puente nasal. Inicialmente mejoró; sin embargo, persistió febril, con inestabilidad hemodinámica y falleció por choque séptico con foco abdominal.
