Anticuerpos anti-Ro/SSA y bloqueo cardiaco congénito

RESUMEN
Se describe el caso de una paciente con anticuerpos anti-Ro/SSA sin ningún otro factor de riesgo ni datos de enfermedad de la colágena. En su primer embarazo se identificó bloqueo cardiaco fetal congénito e hidrops fetal, que causaron la muerte del feto. En el segundo embarazo el tratamiento permitió que la paciente diera a luz una niña sana.
