Tumor sólido pseudopapilar de páncreas. Comunicación de un caso pediátrico

RESUMEN
El tumor sólido quístico pseudopapilar de páncreas es una neoplasia maligna infrecuente que afecta a mujeres jóvenes. Descrita en 1959, ha sido nombrado tumor sólido quístico o neoplasia epitelial sólida. Su potencial maligno es bajo y las metástasis son poco comunes. El tratamiento es quirúrgico e implica la resección de la tumoración mediante pancreatectomía parcial. Su pronóstico es positivo. En este artículo se revisa la literatura y se comunica el caso de una niña de 13 años con una tumoración abdominal de seis meses de evolución. Se le realizó biopsia por aspiración con aguja fina que reveló tumor maligno. Se resecó el tumor y parte del páncreas. En el análisis histopatológico se encontró que se trataba de un tumor sólido pseudopapilar de páncreas.
