Reconstrucción nasal en paciente con granulomatosis de Wegener: Reporte de un caso

RESUMEN

La reconstrucción nasal en pacientes con granulomatosis de Wegener ha tenido históricamente una diversa variedad de abordajes, siendo el injerto de calota el de elección por su biocompatibilidad, fácil acceso y menor reabsorción. Se describe el caso de una paciente del sexo femenino de 24 años de edad con defecto de nariz en silla de montar a quien se le realizó reconstrucción con abordaje bicoronal en conjunto con abordaje nasal externo para rotación de colgajo de hueso frontal.
