La asociación entre el uso de estrógenos y cáncer mamario es uno de los temas ginecológicos de mayor controversia desde hace varias décadas, ya que hasta ahora los resultados de las investigaciones son contradictorios: algunos estudios muestran tal asociación aunque otros la desmienten.
