Recomendaciones para el manejo de bloqueadores neuromusculares en la práctica clínica: Análisis de un grupo de estudio en bloqueadores neuromusculares

RESUMEN
El uso de bloqueantes neuromusculares es un tema usual en anestesia y cuidado intensivo. Desde las primeras descripciones de su uso clínico, se han comentado tanto sus beneficios como sus potenciales riesgos, elementos que permanecen sin mayores cambios hasta nuestros días. Adicionalmente, la multitud de moléculas, las indicaciones relativas y la falta de adecuados sistemas de monitoría tornan difícil la toma de decisiones. Un grupo de anestesiólogos provenientes de diferentes regiones del país, se ha reunido en un intento por profundizar en este interesante tema de estudio, para así entender y dar un uso racional para estos medicamentos. El objetivo de este artículo es presentar los resultados de sus conclusiones como un elemento para el mejoramiento de nuestra práctica clínica
