Enclavado centromedular en pacientes inmaduros

RESUMEN
Se habla del enclavado centromedular en pacientes con fisis abiertas, recomendando un sistema elástico con clavos pretensados de titanio. Se mencionan las particularidades que el método reviste en cada fractura, señalando sus ventajas y desventajas. Así mismo, se hace una comparación de este método con el uso de clavos rígidos de acero y se mencionan sus inconvenientes.
