Guía clínica para la intervención psicológica de mujeres embarazadas con endocrinopatías

RESUMEN
La presente guía clínica responde a la necesidad institucional y de la psicología de avalar su ejercicio profesional en psicología clínica con base en con evidencias científicas.
Las alteraciones endocrinológicas, en particular, la diabetes mellitus, tienen una alta prevalencia en nuestro país, ya que son padecimientos que afectan la vida reproductiva de la mujer y su estado emocional.
El presente trabajo documenta las principales alteraciones emocionales en esta población y los factores asociados a su presencia, detección e inserción de apoyo psicológico con objetivos vinculados a las necesidades de las mujeres, relacionados con el proceso de la enfermedad y/o de atención médica, así como con los objetivos institucionales, dado el evento reproductivo.
