Factores de riesgo para enfermedad tromboembólica venosa (ETV) posterior a cirugía de reemplazo de cadera y rodilla

FRAGMENTO

La cirugía electiva para el reemplazo total de cadera (RTC) y de rodilla (RTR) se asocia con una incidencia muy alta de ETV asintomática. La trombosis venosa profunda (TVP) o la tromboembolia pulmonar (TEP) sintomáticas se diagnostican en sólo 2 a 4% de estos pacientes.
