FRAGMENTO

El caso corresponde a un paciente de sexo masculino de 39 años de edad quien acude al Instituto por presentar cuadro articular que inició seis meses antes y que se caracteriza por poliartritis simétrica, aditiva e incapacitante con rigidez matinal de dos horas de duración. El paciente había perdido alrededor de 20 kg de peso, refería episodios de sudoración nocturna y tos seca concomitante. Refirió haber recibido tratamiento para sus artralgias con antiinflamatorios no esteroideos y productos naturistas, sin alguna mejoría.
