RESUMEN
Se considera y discute la inmunodeficiencia variable común, como un desorden poco frecuente del sistema inmunitario congénito, a la luz de las futuras y de las ya existentes opciones de inmunización activa, de acuerdo con las evidencias recientes de la investigación y de la bibliografía.
