RESUMEN

En la primera parte de este artículo se expusieron las dificultades en el diagnóstico clínico del trastorno por déficit de atención e hiperactividad (TDAH) y el trastorno bipolar pediátrico (TBPinf). En esta segunda parte revisaremos la controversia alrededor de la comorbilidad y el traslape clínico entre estas entidades, así como la comorbilidad del TBPinf con otros trastornos de conducta.
