Lesión osteocondral de patela reparada mediante sutura. Presentación de caso

RESUMEN

Las lesiones osteocondrales de patela generalmente son de difícil diagnóstico, debe haber una alta sospecha para tratarlas oportunamente. Presentamos este caso para enfatizar las claves del diagnóstico oportuno y para referir que la técnica de Pritsch, consistente en suturar el defecto osteocondral a la superficie anterior patelar, es fácil y accesible para el ortopedista, además de que el resultado funcional en este caso en particular es satisfactorio.
