RESUMEN

Se reporta caso clínico de un paciente de 13 días de vida, de 3.3 kg con diagnóstico de síndrome de ventrículo izquierdo hipoplásico estratificado como riesgo alto por su presentación con choque cardiogénico; es llevado a procedimiento híbrido paliativo I, con cerclaje bilateral de arterias pulmonares y stent en el conducto arterioso como una nueva alternativa de alta efectividad y baja morbimortalidad en este grupo de pacientes.
