Dermatosis gestacionales. Revisión del tema

RESUMEN

Las dermatosis gestacionales son un grupo de enfermedades con prurito y lesiones cutáneas que se presentan únicamente en el embarazo. Incluye varias dermatosis, que se han clasificado según la evidencia de que sean efectivamente producidas por el embarazo como bien definidas y mal definidas; se tienen en las bien definidas a: Penfigoide gestacional, pápulas y placas urticariales pruriginosas del embarazo (PPUPE), colestasis intrahepática del embarazo y para algunos autores también, foliculitis pruriginosa del embarazo. Y las mal definidas son: prúrigo del embarazo, dermatitis papular del embarazo, impétigo herpetiforme, enfermedad Ig M lineal del embarazo, enfermedad autoinmune a la progesterona del embarazo. Se presenta una revisión de lo que se ha descrito de estas patologías en la literatura, haciendo hincapié en los riesgos hacia el feto.
