RESUMEN
Os autores apresentam três casos de osteomas cutâneos múltiplos da FACEque foram submetidos a tratamento por meio de extração cirúrgica daslesões com agulha Nokor 18 G, com objetivo de reduzir o número de lesões e minimizar os danos estéticos.
