Tuberculosis y lupus eritematoso sistémico ¿cuál mimetiza a cuál?

RESUMEN

Tradicionalmente la tuberculosis (TB) y el lupus eritematoso sistémico (LES) se conocen como “las grandes simuladoras”. La relación que guardan entre sí estas dos enfermedades es compleja y en muchas ocasiones comparten manifestaciones. En el presente estudio se revisan los puntos de convergencia de las dos enfermedades, incluyendo factores genéticos, inmunológicos, farmacológicos y clínicos.
