RESUMEN
Estudio morfológico comparativo del trasplante dopaminérgico en diferentes ganglios basales el implante de un injerto de estuctura dopaminérgicas en ganglios basales es uno de los tratamientos del Parkinson. en este trabajo se presentan los resultados de este implante en el estriado los núcleos subtalámicos y en la sustancia negra, el estudio se efectuó en ratas wistar divididas en tres grupos. Se encontró que las células entranigrales e intrasubtalámicas a diferencia de las intraestructurales se difundian hacia varias áreas cercanas siendo el mayor crecimiento en los implantes en los núcleos subtalámicos y al parecer de caudado putamen ofrece el mejor medio para la sobrevivencia de las células dopaminérgicas.
