El arte olvidado de los signos clínicos: el ejemplo de la insuficiencia aórtica

RESUMEN
La nueva ola de la pedagogía médica ha cambiado su enfoque del desarrollo de las
habilidades clínicas a la dependencia excesiva de las tecnologías, lo que perjudica
la capacidad clínica de los nuevos médicos. La identificación correcta, aplicación
adecuada y divulgación exhaustiva de los signos clínicos contribuyen a un ahorro
económico y de tiempo, como el caso de la amplia variedad en la insuficiencia aórtica.
No obstante, el nuevo enfoque del sistema educativo de la medicina ha rezagado las
habilidades clínicas a segundo plano y, en virtud de lo anterior, se han propuesto nuevas
estrategias en la pedagogía médica para volver a darle la prioridad a la perfección de
las habilidades clínicas de los médicos en formación.
