Guía rápida para el manejo de cicatrices queloides

RESUMEN
Las cicatrices queloides son alteraciones fibroproliferativas derivadas
de un cambio en el proceso de cicatrización. Actualmente
no existen guías internacionales para su manejo, por lo que en
ocasiones son un reto terapéutico. Realizamos una revisión de la
literatura sobre las terapias no invasivas, inyectables y quirúrgicas
disponibles, con el objetivo de proponer una guía rápida de tratamiento.
Presentamos un flujograma que muestra la evaluación y
manejo que ha dado resultados favorables para los autores.
