Consecuencias psicológicas, emocionales y sociales del acoso callejero: revisión sistemática

RESUMEN
El acoso callejero presenta una alta prevalencia, sin embargo, sigue siendo un problema social poco estudiado. La falta de acción de las autoridades y la sensibilidad de las víctimas las desalienta a denunciar, por lo que es un tema relevante de estudiar. El objetivo de esta investigación fue realizar una revisión sistemática con la metodología PRISMA acerca del acoso callejero y sus posibles consecuencias a nivel psicológico, emocional y social. Se realizó una búsqueda en las bases
Scopus, Web of Science y Pubmed/Medline entre los años 2014 y 2021. Con respecto a los resultados de la búsqueda realizada podemos referir que encontraron 5 artículos para su análisis. Se concluye que el acoso callejero es un problema sociocultural que afecta gravemente la salud mental de las víctimas, afectando también a las familias. Se expresa la necesidad de un mayor trabajo sociocultural en investigación y tal vez legislativo para la disminución del acoso callejero.
