Aspectos técnicos de la cirugía de trasplante hepático con donante vivo: Revisión de tema

RESUMEN
El trasplante hepático con donante vivo cobra cada vez más importancia en occidente, gracias al exitoso desarrollo de técnicas quirúrgicas en países asiáticos, principalmente, Corea del Sur. Las técnicas quirúrgicas empleadas en la actualidad permiten aprovechar de una manera más eficiente los injertos parciales, y de esta manera se obtienen mejores resultados, tanto en sobrevida de donantes y receptores, como en la disminución de las listas de espera de trasplante hepático.
