Adenocarcinoma vesical. Informe de un caso y revisión de la bibliografía

RESUMEN

Reportamos el caso de paciente femenina de 38 años de edad, con antecedentes de hematuria y dolor en hipogastrio. Se realizó resección transureteral de vejiga (RTUV) con biopsia positiva para adenocarcinoma de vejiga. Se practicó cistectomía radical y realización de vejiga ortotópica. El seguimiento a los 6 meses de la cirugía es favorable, la paciente se encuentra asintomática.
