COVID-19 patient care

Care of the suspected or confirmed COVID-19 patient (if the maximum distance is 90 cm between patient and physician, the patient should also wear a surgical mask)

Aerosolizing procedures in suspected or confirmed COVID-19 patients and in all patients submitted to airway procedures

When:

• Asymptomatic patient

• Minimum distance of 150 cm from the patient for less than one minute

• COVID-19 asymptomatic patient

• Positive or pending COVID-19 test

• All procedures resulting in
aerosolization
