Equipment

Treadmill, cycle ergometer, arm ergometer. To walk

Use safe and comfortable equipment. (Weights, leagues, balls)

RHR = reserve heart rate.

VO2max = maximal oxygen uptake.

Max HR = maximun heart rate.

CPET = cardiopulmonary exercise test.

ST = cardiopulmonary stress test.

MR = maximum resistance.
