ABSTRACT
In numerous occasions some young medical students use to expound like personal worry their ignorance about the possibility of survival to fatal manifestations of dengue. In patients with evolution to severity, the ready and efficacious compensation of the loss of liquids can save them. Blood transfusion is indicated in the cases with severe hemorrhage.
