ABSTRACT
The nursing method is the scientific method of professional care; its application is the grounding of nursing daily practice. That is why we include in this work the route to be followed in the development of the nursing process applied specifically to the neonate with congenital cardiac anomaly dependant of an arterial duct, in addition to the embryonic development and the general aspects of prostaglandin E, a knowledge that is required to provide the appropriate, efficient and effective care, because children with this health problem require highly specialized nursing care, because most of the success of the treatment, which will be administered with the purpose of preserving life and the opportunity to administer a corrective or palliative treatment, according to each particular case, will depend on it.REFERENCES
