Cronbach's alpha coefficient was applied to measure the reliability of the applied questionnaire. The universe was made up of all the specialists belonging to the Jimmy Hirzel polyclinic and the sample of 38 who were working as tutors in 2019.
Results: females predominated over males with 63.2%. The most representative age group was 35 to 39 years old with 31.6%, specialists lack experience and have not faced tutoring, obtaining 52.6%. 89.5% were specialists without a teaching category. The level of knowledge of the tutors about their role in the training of specialists in Comprehensive General Medicine was low with 50%.
