ABSTRACT
A retrospective descriptive study of all women with early pregnancy, residents of the Manzanillo municipality, who had a delivery at the ¨Fé del Valle Ramos¨ Hospital in the period from January to December 2018, was conducted in order to describe the factors biosocials of adolescent pregnancy. The information was obtained by reviewing the statistical book on delivery, medical history, obstetric card. Biological and social factors that affect early pregnancy, age, schooling, marital status, obstetric history, associated pathologies, origin were identified. In the study carried out, it is observed that pregnant women aged 15-19 years constituted the highest percentage, schooling from 7th to 9th grade was the most represented, in rural areas, pregnancy-induced hypertension was the most frequent condition in early pregnancy. The teenage pregnancy rate remains high.REFERENCES
