ABSTRACT

We present the first clinic case that is diagnosed in Hospital Infantil del Estado de Sonora (HIES) of congenital heart malformation, called double-chambered right ventricle a heart disease that has a low incidence among congenital heart disease. It is usually associated with other intracardiac abnormalities, in this case it is associated with a small ductus ateriosus. Reports in the medical literature in our country are scarce; the echocardiogram study is the main method for diagnosis given the characteristic of being non-invasive and easily accessible.
