ABSTRACT
Colloid milium is a rare cutaneous disorder, of unknown prevalence
and origin, although ultraviolet radiation is thought to be
the most important trigger. It is characterized by translucent
yellowish papules on sun-exposed areas and histologically by
the presence of colloids in the dermal papillae. We reported a
44-year-old male of a fair-skin man with sun exposure history,
who presented multiple small papules on dorsum of hands, and
confirmed by histology.
