ABSTRACT
When faced with a child, the clinician needs confirmation of the diagnosis, looking for the etiology of the diagnosis offered
by the laboratory and clinical microbiology. Infectious diseases of the rapid onset of antimicrobial therapy can reduce
morbidity and mortality, so it is necessary to establish a causative diagnosis prior to the definitive one. These tests must be
reliable with the appropriate clinical guidance for the treatment of the doctor. The commitment of the laboratory is the information
that requires a gradual process that is generated in the analytical process in order to be timely and transcendent
