Methods: An integrator revision in four data bases PubMed, SciELO, Dialnet Plus and Cochrane Plus was performed in March, 2020. Descriptors for Boolean operator AND and OR were used. The inclusion criteria were: articles with free access published in Spanish, English or Portuguese and duplicated and low methodological quality studies were excluded, which were evaluated by a critical reading.
Conclusions: The results showed that there is no vaccine or effective medication to stop the accelerated development of SARS-CoV-2. The first efforts have been centered in describing the clinical course, to count the critical cases and to treat ill individuals, to relieve the symptoms and support vital functions.
