ABSTRACT
Introduction. The mediating syntactic rules which build sentences depend fundamentally on the perisilvian zone, especially the Broca area. In numerous neuroimaging studies with aphasic patients it has been shown that this area is responsible for grammar rules; Injuries usually produce agramatisms, both in speech and in writing, making it difficult to some extent the activities of daily life and therefore the inclusion of these people in the social environment. Methods. A system of activities was applied to 19 patients for two months, aimed at improving the construction of the syntactic structures of the sentence and reducing the agramatisms in the written plane. As an evaluation protocol, Chapter V concerning the diagnosis of the Boston test writing was used (at the beginning and end of the treatment). Results. Results Improved the composition and order of grammatical structures within the sentence and their intelligibility on the oral level. The results were compared before and after the application of the treatment using the Wilcoxon test. Conclusions. The system of activities applied positively influenced the correctness of grammatical dysgraphia.REFERENCES
