Eccrine Poroma. Report of Two Cases, a Classic and a Pigmented One

ABSTRACT

The eccrine poroma is a benign neoplasm of acrosyringia and represents 10% of the tumors of the sweat glands in Mexico. The pigmented variety is rare and must be a differential diagnosis of malignant melanoma. We report two cases of eccrine poroma. A 33-year-old female with pigmented eccrine poroma on the scalp and a 53-year-old female with a classic no-pigmented tumor of the foot.
