ABSTRACT
The case is presented of an 84-year-old woman with anemia, inguinal lymphadenopathy, painless proptosis of the left eye, and loss of vision on that side, with paralysis of the cranial nerves II, III, VI and the trigeminal ophthalmic branch. Imaging studies revealed a tumor mass in the frontal lobe, while lymph node biopsy revealed non-Hodgkin lymphoma with multifocal lymphoid infiltration through bone marrow biopsy, which is a rare clinical presentation. Chemotherapy was initiated and improvement was achieved for the ocular paralysis and the ptosis, together with the reduction of the magnitude of inguinal adenopathies.REFERENCES
