ABSTRACT
The evaluation of professional performance encourages to evaluate the performance of human resources from their labor and social occupations, as well as to raise the quality of services. The professional performance evaluation model of the graduate in Logophonoaudiology allows for the evaluation of this professional in the performance of his or her duties. This article describes the philosophical, sociological and psychological foundations of Medical Education and the integration of Speech Therapy, Phoniatrics and Audiology that support the designed model.REFERENCES
