ABSTRACT

infarction. The left ventricle free wall rupture is an infrequent mechanical complication when this procedure is performed successfully. We present the case of a 41 year old man with six hours evolution acute myocardial infarction who underwent to primary angioplasty in the anterior descending coronary artery successfully and was complicated with a free wall left ventricular rupture causing death.
