ABSTRACT
Solitary cylindroma is a rare and slow-growing benign neoplasm,
originated from the appendage of the skin face and head. Solitary
cylindromas are sporadic and, multiple characterize Brook-
Spiegler syndrome. It is characterized by a neoformation from
2-8 mm in diameter, exophytic, firm and reddish. There are
few case reports regarding dermoscopic characteristics. Dermoscopic
patterns associated with the cylindromas include arborescent
vessels on a homogenous white-salmon background,
globules, and ulceration.
