ABSTRACT
Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is a common complication
of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). The skin is
the most affected organ. GVHD has been classified in acute and
chronic forms. Cutaneous acute GVHD is classicalIy described
as morbiliform eruption, however, there are severe cases with
high rates of mortality, as Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) or
toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN). We report an 18-year-old male
with history of aplastic anemia and transplantation of hematopoietic
stem cell, who after a month of the transplantation
presented an atypical acute GVHD-NET-like.
