ABSTRACT
Contributing to the improvement of the human behaviors of the service workers of the Latin American School of Medicine is a necessity that medical universities have for the achievement of a professional model of these times. In the Latin American School of Medicine, communication; as a fundamental tool, it shows very low levels for the daily exchange with professionals and students, according to the demands of their social order, as the service workers are not consistent with their behaviors, so it is important to acquire knowledge educational and appropriate interpersonal relationships, which will contribute to the professional’s humanistic training. This situation caused us to think about the following scientific problem: How to contribute to the improvement of the human behavior of the service workers of the Latin American School of Medicine? This study will correspond to a development project, where the process of abstraction will facilitate the design of an educational program for the improvement of the human behavior of service workers of the Latin American School of Medicine. The results of the theoretical inquiries made possible the systematization of the antecedents. Empirical inquiries made it possible to observe and characterize the current state of human behaviors. The educational actions will favor the contents that enrich the cultural heritage from an educational perspective.REFERENCES
